摘要(yao):以(yi)(yi)采用(yong)Davy工藝的(de)(de)某180萬t/a大(da)型煤制(zhi)甲醇合成裝置弛(chi)放氣經膜分離(li)串聯(lian)變(bian)壓吸附制(zhi)氫工段為例(li),介(jie)紹了(le)變(bian)壓吸附制(zhi)氫的(de)(de)裝置配(pei)置、工藝流程(cheng)(cheng)以(yi)(yi)及氫氣儲存、氫氣使用(yong)的(de)(de)操作(zuo)流程(cheng)(cheng)、注意事(shi)項(xiang),闡述(shu)了(le)變(bian)壓吸附制(zhi)氫裝置的(de)(de)開車(che)操作(zuo)流程(cheng)(cheng)和裝置在不同情況(kuang)下停(ting)車(che)的(de)(de)操作(zuo)步驟,并指出其(qi)開停(ting)車(che)及氫氣儲存、運輸(shu)等過程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)注意事(shi)項(xiang)。
氫氣是一種十分重要的石油化工、煤化工、精細化工原料,其制備途徑多,包括以煤、天然氣、甲醇等為原料重整制氫以及電解水制氫等。在我國,超過90%的制氫原料來源于對傳統能源的化學重整,僅有約4%來自于電解水。近年來,隨著煤經甲醇制聚烯烴技術的成熟,許多大型甲醇合成裝置相繼建成投產,國內新建甲醇合成裝置大多采用Davy工藝、Lurgi工藝和Topsoe工藝等,其中Davy工藝占比最大。常見的大型Davy甲醇合成裝置主要由兩個串并聯耦合式的蒸汽上升式合成塔組成,工藝氣體通過裝填在殼側的催化劑發生反應,通過合成塔入口溫度和汽包蒸汽壓力來控制催化劑床層溫度,副產蒸汽經廢氣焚燒爐過熱后,送出界區外用于余熱發電。Davy工藝中經2#粗甲醇分離器后的粗甲醇送至粗甲醇閃蒸槽,頂部的循環氣返回到1#合成塔,還有少量氣體作為弛放氣送往氫回收膜分離單元回收部分氫氣,膜分離后的非滲透氣送至變壓吸附裝置制取高純度氫氣,用作上、下游裝置的氫源,并弛放部分氣體以調節合成循環回路內的惰性氣體含量。本文以采用Davy工藝的某180萬t/a大型煤制甲醇合成裝置弛放氣吸附制氫為例,介紹了變壓吸附制氫、儲氫、用氫及裝置開停車的工藝流程和操作經驗等,旨在為后續制氫、運氫、儲氫、用氫等氫能產業關鍵環節創新研發提供理論借鑒。
1變壓吸附制氫工藝技術
1.1氫氣制備
1.1.1裝置(zhi)配置(zhi)
變(bian)壓吸(xi)附制氫裝(zhuang)置主(zhu)要(yao)由吸(xi)附塔(10個)、原料氣(qi)冷(leng)卻器、氣(qi)液分離器、解吸(xi)氣(qi)緩沖罐、解吸(xi)氣(qi)混合罐等塔器及管線、儀(yi)表(biao)、程(cheng)控閥等組成,膜分離裝(zhuang)置的(de)非滲透氣(qi)通(tong)過裝(zhuang)置內(nei)管廊送(song)至變(bian)壓吸(xi)附制氫裝(zhuang)置。吸(xi)附塔內(nei)所裝(zhuang)吸(xi)附劑型號為(wei):CNA-198分子篩、CNA-215活(huo)性炭、CNA-314硅膠、CAN-421活(huo)性氧化鋁,是Φ1.6mm~2.5mm的(de)球狀固(gu)體(ti),裝(zhuang)填量為(wei)15m3/臺,總計(ji)150m3。
1.1.2工藝(yi)流程
該180萬t/a甲醇合成裝置的弛放氣經膜分離后,滲透氣和新鮮原料氣合并去合成氣壓縮機入口,非滲透氣送至變壓吸附裝置界區,經變壓吸附裝置入口調節閥減壓、然后經循環水冷卻器冷卻至≤40℃后,進入氣液分離器,除水后進入變壓吸附裝置吸附塔單元。變壓吸附裝置有10個吸附塔,主要運行方式為10-1-6/2P,即10個在線工作塔、1塔吸附、6次均壓、2步沖洗。當膜分離裝置故障時,非滲透氣切換為2#粗甲醇分離器來的弛放氣,當原料氣為甲醇裂解氣時,經冷卻及氣液分離后進入變壓吸附裝置,主要運行方式為8-2-3/2P,即8個在線工作塔、2塔吸附、3次均壓、2步沖洗。

當甲(jia)醇(chun)(chun)合(he)成(cheng)裝置需要較長時間停車(che)時,來自(zi)甲(jia)醇(chun)(chun)合(he)成(cheng)裝置變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)吸附(fu)的3.2MPa氫氣(qi)(qi)經高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氫氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)到13.5MPa后,去(qu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氫氣(qi)(qi)貯罐(guan),4個(ge)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氫氣(qi)(qi)貯罐(guan)的儲存壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力為(wei)(wei)(wei)13.5MPa、總容積(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)106m3、設計壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力為(wei)(wei)(wei)18MPa、設計溫(wen)(wen)度為(wei)(wei)(wei)60℃/-23℃(最高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)度/最低(di)溫(wen)(wen)度)、耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力為(wei)(wei)(wei)22.5MPa、操作壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力為(wei)(wei)(wei)13.5MPa,主體材料為(wei)(wei)(wei)16MnDR(正火)、16MnDⅣ,單個(ge)容器(qi)凈重(zhong)63t。
甲(jia)醇合(he)成裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)正常運(yun)行(xing)時,來自變壓(ya)吸附裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)3.2MPa氫(qing)(qing)氣直接(jie)去(qu)上、下游裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),當氫(qing)(qing)氣管(guan)網壓(ya)力(li)降低時,高壓(ya)氫(qing)(qing)氣貯(zhu)罐(guan)(guan)內的(de)高壓(ya)氫(qing)(qing)氣經減壓(ya)后送(song)至(zhi)氫(qing)(qing)氣管(guan)網,以(yi)維持氫(qing)(qing)氣管(guan)網壓(ya)力(li)的(de)穩(wen)定(ding)。為確保裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)儲(chu)氫(qing)(qing)安全(quan),該(gai)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)單獨的(de)區域用(yong)于高壓(ya)氫(qing)(qing)氣貯(zhu)罐(guan)(guan)布置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),并在周圍(wei)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)防護(hu)欄、安全(quan)警示(shi)牌,頂部設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)防雨棚(peng)、三防照明,旁邊設(she)危(wei)險告(gao)知(zhi)牌,總圖布置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)需考慮變壓(ya)吸附制氫(qing)(qing)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、氫(qing)(qing)氣壓(ya)縮機廠房以(yi)及(ji)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)內管(guan)廊(lang)位置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),以(yi)實現節約(yue)投資、安全(quan)運(yun)行(xing)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。

在裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)開(kai)車前需用氮(dan)氣(qi)對變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)吸(xi)附系統(tong)進行置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)換(huan),置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)換(huan)流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)如下:(1)確認程(cheng)控(kong)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)、調節(jie)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)及(ji)前后手(shou)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)位置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)正確;(2)確認非(fei)(fei)滲透氣(qi)出口(kou)界(jie)區(qu)(qu)(qu)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)(guan)閉;甲(jia)醇裂(lie)解(jie)(jie)氣(qi)界(jie)區(qu)(qu)(qu)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)(guan)閉;去(qu)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氫(qing)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)切(qie)斷(duan)(duan)(duan)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)(guan)閉,盲(mang)(mang)板(ban)導(dao)盲(mang)(mang);去(qu)合成塔氫(qing)氣(qi)還原(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)上的(de)(de)(de)盲(mang)(mang)板(ban)導(dao)盲(mang)(mang),后切(qie)斷(duan)(duan)(duan)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)(guan)閉;低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氫(qing)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機出口(kou)氫(qing)氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)切(qie)斷(duan)(duan)(duan)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)(guan)閉;去(qu)往(wang)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氫(qing)氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機和來(lai)自(zi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氫(qing)氣(qi)儲罐(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)切(qie)斷(duan)(duan)(duan)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)(guan)閉;去(qu)往(wang)凈化裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和氫(qing)氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)網的(de)(de)(de)界(jie)區(qu)(qu)(qu)切(qie)斷(duan)(duan)(duan)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)(guan)閉;去(qu)火(huo)炬管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)界(jie)區(qu)(qu)(qu)盲(mang)(mang)板(ban)導(dao)盲(mang)(mang),界(jie)區(qu)(qu)(qu)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)(guan)閉;變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)吸(xi)附解(jie)(jie)吸(xi)氣(qi)去(qu)尾氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機的(de)(de)(de)界(jie)區(qu)(qu)(qu)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)(guan)閉;穩(wen)定(ding)塔不凝氣(qi)至(zhi)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)吸(xi)附界(jie)區(qu)(qu)(qu)切(qie)斷(duan)(duan)(duan)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)(guan)閉;(3)按(an)順序(xu)導(dao)通(tong)(tong)非(fei)(fei)滲透氣(qi)進變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)吸(xi)附界(jie)區(qu)(qu)(qu)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)處至(zhi)氫(qing)氣(qi)還原(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)和外(wai)送氫(qing)氣(qi)界(jie)區(qu)(qu)(qu)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)前流(liu)(liu)程(cheng),導(dao)通(tong)(tong)解(jie)(jie)吸(xi)氣(qi)緩(huan)沖罐(guan)(guan)和解(jie)(jie)吸(xi)氣(qi)混合罐(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)換(huan)流(liu)(liu)程(cheng);(4)將低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氮(dan)氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)上的(de)(de)(de)8字盲(mang)(mang)板(ban)導(dao)通(tong)(tong),打開(kai)氮(dan)氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),緩(huan)慢(man)充入氮(dan)氣(qi);(5)當吸(xi)附塔系統(tong)和解(jie)(jie)吸(xi)氣(qi)緩(huan)沖罐(guan)(guan)系統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力分別升(sheng)至(zhi)0.50MPa和0.15MPa時(shi),關(guan)(guan)閉氮(dan)氣(qi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa);(6)按(an)流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)順序(xu),逐條(tiao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)依次打開(kai)各高點放(fang)(fang)空閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)、低(di)(di)點導(dao)淋(lin)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)和儀表(biao)根部閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)以充分置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)換(huan)死角,最好集中到高處阻火(huo)器處放(fang)(fang)空;(7)重復(fu)充壓(ya)(ya)(ya)、卸壓(ya)(ya)(ya),直至(zhi)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)換(huan)出的(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)體中的(de)(de)(de)氧體積分數≤0.5%,關(guan)(guan)閉氮(dan)氣(qi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),系統(tong)內壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力保持在0.1MPa左右。
2.1.2開(kai)車準備(bei)及操作
開車準(zhun)備及操作流(liu)程(cheng)如下:(1)確(que)(que)認系統(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)各閥(fa)處于(yu)開車位(wei)置(zhi),確(que)(que)認所有排放(fang)(fang)閥(fa)、程(cheng)控(kong)(kong)閥(fa)、調節(jie)閥(fa)關閉,確(que)(que)認所有程(cheng)控(kong)(kong)閥(fa)和(he)(he)調節(jie)閥(fa)的(de)前(qian)后切斷(duan)閥(fa)打開,確(que)(que)認所有充氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)關閉、氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)盲板導(dao)盲,確(que)(que)認火炬管線(xian)(xian)界區處盲板導(dao)通(tong)、閥(fa)全開;(2)檢查、設(she)定(ding)各步位(wei)時間值(zhi)(zhi),吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)壓(ya)力設(she)定(ding)在3.4MPa,在線(xian)(xian)分(fen)析儀備用,氫(qing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)純度(du)低報警值(zhi)(zhi)99.0%;(3)啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)變壓(ya)吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)裝置(zhi),將原(yuan)料(liao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)引入系統(tong)(tong),用手閥(fa)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)進料(liao)量(liang)(liang)不超(chao)過(guo)正(zheng)常(chang)流(liu)量(liang)(liang)的(de)1/3,控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)塔(ta)(ta)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)速率≤0.2MPa/min;(4)由于(yu)系統(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)還有殘余氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),不合格的(de)產品氫(qing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)須(xu)(xu)先去(qu)火炬放(fang)(fang)空(kong),解吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)須(xu)(xu)從(cong)調節(jie)閥(fa)去(qu)放(fang)(fang)空(kong)火炬;(5)按工藝要求(qiu)設(she)定(ding)好周(zhou)期(均壓(ya)、順(shun)放(fang)(fang)、超(chao)前(qian)、滯后);(6)啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)程(cheng)序,將程(cheng)序設(she)置(zhi)為“自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)”“運(yun)行”,確(que)(que)保“自(zi)檢”已退出;在剛開車時周(zhou)期時間設(she)置(zhi)較(jiao)短,吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)壓(ya)力每升(sheng)(sheng)高0.1MPa,吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)狀態塔(ta)(ta)做1次切換(huan);手動(dong)(dong)(dong)設(she)定(ding)產品氫(qing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)出口閥(fa)開度(du)輸(shu)出值(zhi)(zhi)為10%,對吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)塔(ta)(ta)進行置(zhi)換(huan),盡(jin)量(liang)(liang)將系統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)的(de)氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)排掉;然后將氫(qing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)出口閥(fa)壓(ya)力控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器投自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(設(she)定(ding)3.4MPa);(7)在升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)緩慢打開原(yuan)料(liao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)進口閥(fa),保證充壓(ya)流(liu)量(liang)(liang)穩定(ding);(8)當(dang)吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)壓(ya)力升(sheng)(sheng)至(zhi)3.4MPa時,已有氫(qing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)從(cong)塔(ta)(ta)頂輸(shu)出,但氫(qing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)濃度(du)可能達不到要求(qiu),此(ci)時不合格氫(qing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)和(he)(he)解吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)分(fen)別短暫放(fang)(fang)空(kong),反復置(zhi)換(huan)幾(ji)次,并將所有調節(jie)閥(fa)投自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。當(dang)氫(qing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)積(ji)分(fen)數≥90%時,投用產品氫(qing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)在線(xian)(xian)分(fen)析儀,待手動(dong)(dong)(dong)分(fen)析氫(qing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)合格后,聯(lian)系生(sheng)產調度(du)準(zhun)備外送氫(qing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi);(9)將原(yuan)料(liao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)量(liang)(liang)逐漸增至(zhi)滿負荷。
2.2變壓吸附制氫停車
2.2.1正常停車
正(zheng)常(chang)停(ting)車(che)流(liu)程(cheng)如(ru)(ru)下(xia):(1)接到停(ting)車(che)通知后(hou)進行正(zheng)常(chang)停(ting)車(che)操作;(2)確保變(bian)壓吸附(fu)供(gong)出(chu)的氫(qing)(qing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)用戶已退(tui)出(chu);(3)確認過熱(re)爐燃料(liao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)已切(qie)至(zhi)補充(chong)燃料(liao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),停(ting)尾氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓縮機(ji);(4)中(zhong)控逐漸打(da)開原料(liao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)進口(kou)(kou)前放(fang)空閥(fa)(fa)(fa),同時(shi)緩慢(man)關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)(bi)入口(kou)(kou)壓力調節(jie)閥(fa)(fa)(fa),直至(zhi)原料(liao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)進口(kou)(kou)前放(fang)空閥(fa)(fa)(fa)全開、原料(liao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)進口(kou)(kou)調節(jie)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)(bi),膜分離非滲透氣(qi)(qi)(qi)放(fang)空至(zhi)火炬(ju);(5)現場關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)(bi)進氣(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)和(he)產品(pin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)切(qie)斷(duan)閥(fa)(fa)(fa),打(da)開產品(pin)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)并(bing)放(fang)空到火炬(ju),關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)(bi)解吸氣(qi)(qi)(qi)調節(jie)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)的前后(hou)截(jie)止閥(fa)(fa)(fa),使氫(qing)(qing)提純系統與界(jie)區外隔斷(duan);(6)當系統壓力降(jiang)低到0.2MPa時(shi),開低壓氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)對系統進行置換(huan),待分析合(he)格(ge)后(hou),停(ting)變(bian)壓吸附(fu)系統,關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)(bi)氮(dan)(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa);(7)如(ru)(ru)計劃長(chang)時(shi)間停(ting)車(che),且下(xia)游不需要氫(qing)(qing)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)時(shi),將變(bian)壓吸附(fu)裝(zhuang)置出(chu)界(jie)區閥(fa)(fa)(fa)處的盲板導盲。
2.2.2緊急停(ting)車
緊急(ji)停車流程(cheng)如(ru)下(xia):(1)確保原料氣進口超壓(ya)放(fang)空(kong)閥在自動狀態(tai);(2)停止變(bian)壓(ya)吸附運行程(cheng)序,關閉程(cheng)控(kong)閥;(3)關閉氫氣去下(xia)游裝(zhuang)置的(de)切斷閥。
2.2.3臨時停車
如因(yin)工作需要短時間停(ting)車(che)且不(bu)超過1h,則可進(jin)行臨(lin)時停(ting)車(che),其(qi)步驟與(yu)緊急停(ting)車(che)相同。
3變壓吸附開停車及氫氣儲運等注意事項
當(dang)變壓(ya)吸附(fu)制氫裝置發(fa)生(sheng)故障(zhang)時(shi)(shi),很(hen)大可(ke)(ke)能會(hui)造成(cheng)產品(pin)氣(qi)中雜質濃度升高(gao),但在故障(zhang)原因尚未確定(ding)之前,裝置一般不需(xu)停運(yun),可(ke)(ke)先把有(you)(you)故障(zhang)的吸附(fu)塔(ta)切除(chu),此時(shi)(shi)不合格產品(pin)氣(qi)將(jiang)通過開啟相應的閥門進入放空系統,待故障(zhang)判明后再決定(ding)停運(yun)或(huo)繼續運(yun)行。如裝置出(chu)現(xian)重大問題或(huo)者面(mian)臨很(hen)高(gao)風險時(shi)(shi),則應緊急停車。為應對(dui)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)泄漏這種非正(zheng)常工況,變壓(ya)吸附(fu)制氫裝置現(xian)場(chang)安裝有(you)(you)可(ke)(ke)燃氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)檢測(ce)報(bao)警儀(yi)和有(you)(you)毒氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)檢測(ce)報(bao)警儀(yi)。當(dang)現(xian)場(chang)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)濃度超過報(bao)警值時(shi)(shi),可(ke)(ke)燃或(huo)有(you)(you)毒氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)檢測(ce)報(bao)警儀(yi)會(hui)發(fa)出(chu)聲光報(bao)警,崗位人員應當(dang)立(li)即采取措(cuo)施以保障(zhang)裝置及現(xian)場(chang)人員安全。
氫(qing)氣(qi)(qi)生產、儲存、使(shi)用過程中(zhong)應注(zhu)意不(bu)能敲擊(ji),不(bu)帶壓(ya)(ya)檢(jian)修和緊(jin)固法蘭,不(bu)超壓(ya)(ya)運(yun)行(xing),嚴禁負壓(ya)(ya)運(yun)行(xing),不(bu)在廠房(fang)、泵房(fang)等密(mi)閉空間(jian)內(nei)排放氫(qing)氣(qi)(qi),吹掃置(zhi)(zhi)換(huan)、放空泄(xie)壓(ya)(ya)須通過專用放空管線排放。變壓(ya)(ya)吸附制氫(qing)裝置(zhi)(zhi)置(zhi)(zhi)換(huan)時,應當采用氮氣(qi)(qi)置(zhi)(zhi)換(huan),并確保(bao)氮氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)氧的(de)體積(ji)分數(shu)不(bu)超過0.5%,置(zhi)(zhi)換(huan)必須徹底,防止死(si)角末端殘留余(yu)氣(qi)(qi),當系統(tong)中(zhong)氧或(huo)氫(qing)的(de)含量(liang)連(lian)續3次分析合(he)格可(ke)視為置(zhi)(zhi)換(huan)結束。新安(an)裝或(huo)大修后的(de)氫(qing)氣(qi)(qi)系統(tong)應做耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)、吹掃和氣(qi)(qi)密(mi)試驗(yan)(yan),符合(he)檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)要求(qiu)才可(ke)投(tou)入使(shi)用。當制氫(qing)、儲氫(qing)或(huo)者用氫(qing)過程中(zhong)發生氫(qing)氣(qi)(qi)大量(liang)泄(xie)漏或(huo)積(ji)聚時,應立即切斷(duan)氣(qi)(qi)源,并進行(xing)通風,不(bu)得進行(xing)可(ke)能發生火(huo)花(hua)的(de)一切操作(zuo)。
